I'm on the LIST!!!

I'm humbled to be part of Wes's list of Wise (I added that) Women of the Web..what an honor! (Check it out! May I say that if this was the line up of a baseball team, I'd be sitting at the end of the bench with the water bottles and towels!)
Truth be told, I have the pleasure to know about half of these women, the other half I read and learn and grow..and that's what it's all about!

My Darlin Daughter

So, Day one of spring break, I jokingly tell my daughter, "I'm sorry I didn't get up early this morning and bake you muffins for breakfast before I left for work." Without a moment's hesitation, she looks at me and deadpans "I forgive you"...and we both broke up laughing...I love her!!..and I will bake her muffins tomorrow! (I have a very short window to spoil her!)

The Luck of the Irish

My father-in-law is 100% Irish, my mother was born on St. Patrick's Day. Oh heck, everybody is IRISH on March 17th...and its a VERRRY big deal in the O'Laighn house!!

Yeah, this is the professor who is dying from pancreatic cancer and making a mark beforehand. His old lectures (saving time was the best!) are awesome too. This was one of his quotes I threw in Flickrtoys...What a gift he is!
